| Welcome to DISCS Website
DISCS is a Warwickshire LEA Special Educational Needs Support Service.
We support the Inclusion of pupils with physical disabilities, sensory impairments and communication difficulties.
We supplement and support the work of schools and pre-schools who retain responsibility for making provision to meet special educational needs.
We have 9 specialist teams of teachers and teaching assistants responsible for:
- Physical Disability
- Autism
- Specific Language Disorders
- Visual Impairment
- Hearing Loss
- Pre-school
- Birth to Three Family Support Service
- Inclusion Project
- SEN Childcare Team
We can only accept referrals from schools or pre-schools.
All referrals require signed parental consent.
Unless specifically stated in our leaflets all DISCS services are free to schools and pre-school settings.
